Dr. Tim Brooks is an Oklahoma native, born and raised in Oklahoma. Prior to entering private practice in Oklahoma, Dr. Brooks earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 1995 from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. For years now, Dr. Tim Brooks has dedicated his practice to creating beautiful smiles for his fellow Oklahomans.
He believes that continuing education is a critical part of his practice, and has completed hundreds of hours of continuing education to assure he is current with the most recent dental technologies and procedures. Dr. Brooks has participated in the world’s most respected training programs, such as The Dawson Center for Advanced Dental Studies and the Pankey Institute. His extensive training spans post-graduate studies in implant dentistry, endodontics, sleep apnea, the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ disorders, and occlusal-muscular disharmony.
Dr. Brooks earned fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and completed comprehensive training in dental implantology from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. He is a certified Preferred Provider for Invisalign® orthodontics, and continues to explore new and innovative ways to enhance the dental experience and expand the clinical procedures he offers. Dr. Brooks’ commitment to life-long education means he is constantly evaluating emerging dental methods and technologies in order to provide his patients with the best results and the least amount of discomfort.
Dr. Brooks and his wife, Robin, have four children. In their free time, they enjoy spending time with their children and being actively involved at Henderson Hills Baptist Church. Their oldest daughter, Ali Brooks, is a reporter for KWTV News 9, a CBS affiliate, in Oklahoma City. Their older son, Nate, is a pre-med student at Oklahoma State University. Their youngest two, Elizabeth and Nick, attend Oklahoma Christian School in Edmond.
